Restorative Yoga Sequences involve fewer postures, possibly only 5 or 6, that are supported by props to allow you to fully relax and release into the postures and are maintained with support for 5 minutes or more.

Typical postures include simple twists, seated forward folds and gentle backbends. A restorative practice helps to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and reduce systemic stress.

A Restorative Yoga practice is beneficial for everyone. Please note that you must be able to get down to the floor as the entire session is floor based.
