Pregnancy through the birth of a child

is one of the most amazing times in one’s life.

Beyond the profound physical changes

you will experience

you may discover a unique metamorphosis

mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, joining prenatal yoga will help you progress through your pregnancy with a sense of calm connectedness and will help you to discover the incredible strength that you hold within.

Through the practice of specialized prenatal yoga postures, breath-work and meditation

you will open, stretch, tone and relax

your body, mind and emotions,

preparing you to fully experience the joy

of this transformation and

consciously and calmly embrace

the challenges of pregnancy, birth and motherhood.

In addition to yoga, each session provides helpful hints to address common pregnancy discomforts and concerns and incorporates Childbirth Preparation information and techniques addressing the particular needs of each of the moms-to-be.

Specialized Couples/Partners Prenatal sessions are regularly offered to spouses and those who support the moms to familiarize them with the prenatal yoga practice and childbirth techniques and to assist the couple in preparing for the late pregnancy, delivery and early parenting that they envision.

"The main concern of birthing is that you be conscious of all your choices leading to the moment the baby is in your arms."
